Setting goals is more than jotting down what you want to achieve; it’s a deliberate process that benefits from a clear and focused mind. This is where the ‘Mindful Goal Setting – Manifestation Workshop’ comes into play.

We all want to bring more of what we want into our lives, and we take actions towards that which we want. Often, we do not have the awareness of what we truly desire or the clarity to manifest it. We also need our beliefs to align with our desires and many beliefs are driving us without us realising it. It can start to feel like even though we have created the habits we need, we keep forging ahead without much fruition.

This creates a misalignment to what we desire, even if we are taking the necessary steps to obtain it. In this workshop, I’ve seen participants gain clarity on their aspirations by blending mindfulness practices with goal-setting techniques. What Can I Expect from the Workshop?

You will be guided through a range of mindfulness tools and techniques by Clare a certified Mind Detox Practitioner and Mind Calm Master. The workshops are between 2-4 hours long, either face-to-face or online. They all offer Mind Calm Meditation, Journaling and Mindfulness tools with the Mindfulness 101 workshop offering Mind Detox and Mindful Goal Setting.

All Workshops are suitable for beginners, being fully guided by a certified teacher and workshop materials will be provided.

Group Workshops- Email me to find out the next available dates. The investment in the group workshop is £25pp for a 2-hour workshop or £40pp for the 4- hour Mindfulness 101 workshop.

Individual Workshops- All the above workshops can be delivered on a 1:1 online basis and tailored at a time that suits you. This can be focused on your own personal needs and requirements. The investment is £80 for a 2-hour workshop and £150 for a 4-hour workshop.

  2. Growing up, I endured the torment of abusive parents, both physically and mentally. Even after being rescued by family members at 15 and undergoing therapy to cope with the trauma, I continued to struggle well into adulthood.

    It wasn’t until I discovered mindfulness practice, which involved journaling, reclaiming my own power, and owning my emotions, that I finally found healing from that deep-seated trauma.
